Asset Reporting

Sysadmins can run reports to gain insight into assets. Reports include insights around quantity of assets, warranty expiration, and more.

The Asset Inventory by Category report shows a break-down of non-retired assets by asset category. For example, the report will show a breakdown of how many computers, tablets, TVs, or other assets that have been created. This report also tracks how many of each asset category are currently unassigned, or out of warranty. Sysadmins can drill-down and view the individual assets in each category.

The upcoming warranty expiration report shows a count of devices by timeframe where the warranty is going to expire. This can be helpful in device replacement planning. Sysadmins can drill-down and view the individual assets with expiring warranties during the selected dates.
